Septic

The frequency of pumping can vary dramatically based on a number of factors.  No two septic tanks are the same.  Everything from your diet to cleaning products has an impact. The rule of thumb is 3-5 years for most systems. Without regular maintenance "crust" at the top of the tank can cause backups and overflows. 

We pump out both sides of the septic tank and rinse thoroughly to clean.  If installed, we also remove and clean effluent filters. All waste is trucked to an appropriate sewage treatment facility as required by regulation.

Roy's holds a California Inedible Kitchen Grease (IKG) haulers permit and can clean grease traps and interceptors.
